ENERGY LABORATORY

Electric Laboratory

The aim of the Energy Transformation Laboratory is to support the basic infrastructure shown in Energy and Power Electronics courses in practice. These studies include energy conversion, power systems, individual components, power electronic devices and motor drives. In addition, computer based data collection system methods are included in this study. The main focus of the laboratory is to promote research planned by undergraduate education, faculty and students.

Laboratory units are separated. These experiments have been prepared in accordance with the working principles of measurement and power systems, electrical system, power electronics and computer application studies. Students develop their techniques and abilities through energy conversion, energy generation, system control, device control and application power, design and computer application. In addition, students are expected to develop the skills necessary to draw logical conclusions from the observed data, write laboratory reports, carry out a design project and present. Finally, these experiments will assist students in their career success as a team after graduation.
